The Amelia Day Festival Committee is excited to announce the 2027 Amelia Day Festival on Saturday, May 8, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (time subject to change). The 42nd year of the festival takes place in the historic Courthouse Square and includes food, arts, crafts, and live entertainment.

The Amelia Day Festival Committee is a non-profit and the festival’s success depends on the generosity
of local businesses. We welcome your financial sponsorship, and we also have a limited number of
in-kind/trade sponsorships available.

Sponsorship packages start at just $100 and all sponsors are eligible for at least one mention of sponsorship
from the stage. Sponsors receive additional benefits based on the level of contribution, see below for full benefits.

Key information for booths:

Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors are typically provided prime placement on the grass in the courthouse square. Special requests for spaces will be honored where available. Prior to the festival, we will email you the festival map and your booth number.
No music can be played from your booth and No Electricity is available. Only quiet generators are allowed, as noise can interfere with the entertainment.
Bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. Be sure everything you bring will fit into your assigned 12ft x12ft space(s). You must also bring the necessary equipment to anchor your tent and anything else you bring.
On the morning of the festival, arrivals are staggered between 6:30 am and 8:30 am. based on where your booth is located. You must adhere to your arrival window or risk losing your spot. All vehicles must be off the roads near the Courthouse Square at the end of your arrival window. Details will be emailed prior to the festival. Take down is after 4:00 pm. The streets will re-open to vendors after that time, once clear of pedestrians, and remain open until 7:00 pm.
THE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! In the case of extreme, dangerous weather, advance cancellation information will be aired on local TV and/or radio. You may also check our Facebook page on the day of the festival, if in doubt.
Any insurance risk is subject to your own personal insurance coverage, unless you have insurance coverage for your business/organization. To ensure proper coverage and mitigate any potential risks to you or your business/organization, please contact your insurance agent.
