Non-Food Vendor/Exhibitor Registration
The Amelia Day Festival Committee is excited to announce the 2027 Amelia Day Festival on Saturday, May 8, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm (time subject to change). The 42nd year of the festival takes place in the historic Courthouse Square and includes food, arts, crafts, and live entertainment.
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and assigned by the Festival Committee. Special requests for spaces will be honored where possible. Prior to the festival, we will email you the festival map and your assigned booth number(s).
For an additional $20.00, we offer the opportunity to be included in the festival’s Facebook posts, map signs located throughout the festival grounds, and full-page newspaper ad. If you would like to purchase any additional advertising prior to Amelia Day, please contact The Amelia Bulletin Monitor at 804-561-3655 or contactus@ameliamonitor.com.
There is a $5 fee for online payments which covers our cost of acceptance. To avoid the fee, after submitting this form online, do not complete the online payment and instead mail your payment, payable to Amelia Day Festival Committee, to PO Box 663, Amelia, VA 23002. Registration is not complete until your full payment is received.
No electricity is available. Only quiet generators are allowed, as noise can interfere with the entertainment. No music can be played from your booth. Bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. Be sure everything you bring will fit into your assigned 12ft x12ft space(s). You must also bring the necessary equipment to anchor your tent and anything else you bring.
Any insurance risk is subject to your own personal insurance coverage, unless you have insurance coverage for your business/organization. To ensure proper coverage and mitigate any potential risks to you or your business/organization, please contact your insurance agent.
On the morning of the festival, arrivals are staggered between 6:30 am and 8:30 am. based on where your booth is located. You must adhere to your arrival window or risk losing your spot. All vehicles must be off the roads near the Courthouse Square at the end of your arrival window. Details will be emailed prior to the festival. Take down is after 4:00 pm. The streets will re-open to vendors after that time, once clear of pedestrians, and remain open until 7:00 pm.
THE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE! In the case of extreme, dangerous weather, advance cancellation information will be aired on local TV and/or radio. You may also check our Facebook page on the day of the festival, if in doubt.
Registration and payment must be received no later than April 30, 2027 – if received after March 31, 2027, we cannot guarantee inclusion on any listings. Registration may close at any time due to space limitations.
