Celebrating Amelia's 291st Birthday 

Historic Court House Square

We offer fun for all, Young and Old, bring your chairs and stay with us for the day. There is plenty of good local food and entertainment, including activities for children.

And this year we are celebrating 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, the Revolutionary War, and the Independence of the United States with a free evening concert, sponsored by Amelia Title & Settlement, and fireworks, sponsored by RiverStreet.

Handicapped Parking: Available at Amelia Baptist Church (9101 Amelia Street), with a
golf cart shuttle service to and from the festival plus kids' activities.

​

Baby Changing Stations and Nursing Mother Stations: Provided on the festival grounds by River Run Presbyterian
Church (9151 Washington St) and 
Amelia Baptist Church (9101 Amelia St) with shuttle service available.​

​

Public Restrooms & Hand-Washing Stations: Available at three locations: 1) in the parking lot of the Boepple Building,

2) in the parking lot of the Circuit Court Clerk’s Building, 3) in the grass on the corner of Court and Virginia Streets.

Remote Parking Shuttle: Park at Amelia County High School (8500 Otterburn Rd) and ride the free, direct, round-trip shuttle. 

The shuttle will run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, every 20 minutes. The Festival stop is at the intersection of Virginia St and Goodes Bridge Rd.​
